  • 4 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup aquafaba (liquid from canned chickpeas)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar

Easy Easter Treat bird nest meringue

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the Meringue:
    • Beat egg whites or aquafaba with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
    • Slowly add sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
    • Add vanilla extract.
  3. Shape the Nests:
